What is a collectible?
A collectible is an item that is valued and actively sought after by collectors because of its rarity, uniqueness, popularity, historical significance, or sentimental appeal. Common examples of collectibles include trading cards (TCGs), action figures, Funko Pop figures, collectible card games (CCGs), limited-edition merchandise, and other specialty or hobby-related items.
What is a “chase” collectible?
If you’ve been browsing Funko Pops and noticed a sticker that says "Chase" on the box, you’ve stumbled upon a collectible variant.
A Chase figure is always based on the standard version but features a distinct physical difference to make it unique. In short, a Chase Funko Pop is a rare, limited-edition variant of a Funko Pop figure
What is a “PR” version of some Funko Pops?
If you’re a casual collector, you might be wondering why some Funko Pops have that shiny "Pre-Release" sticker on the box—and why people are making such a big deal about it.
Think of a Pre-Release Funko as an exclusive "VIP pass" for your shelf. Before a new figure gets mass-produced and lands in every store on the planet, Funko drops a very limited batch early at select retailers.
Because these early "PR" versions are only available for a short window of time, they come with a special sticker that sets them apart from the regular versions everyone else will buy later. What are blind box collectibles?
A blind box (often called a "blind box" or "mystery box") is a type of collectible toy that is packaged in a completely sealed box. The twist? You don't know exactly which specific figure or item you are getting until you open it.
Each blind box shows the possible figures you can get from common to rare or "Chase" ones
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, pre-orders can be available for selected products only. If an item is open for pre-order, it will be posted and clearly marked on our product page.
What are the payment options available?
You can pay via debit and credit card, online banking and major e-wallets.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders will take approximately between 3 to 6 business days to arrive once they are shipped. For same day deliveries within Metro Manila, our cut-off time to ship orders is 3PM (Mon-Fri).
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the Philippines nationwide
What is your return policy?
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
