Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of mass production, some collectibles may have minor paint imperfections or slight variations. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds. 

• Items must be in their original condition, complete packaging, and with their original tags attached upon return.
• Some products such as blind bags, including clearance items, are excluded from return or exchange.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 working days upon receipt of item.
  All clearance items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the item is broken or physically damaged with a video as proof of opened item with issue.
